My Week 4-18 to 4-24

This really hasn't been a week from heck. All problems are related to my Verizon email. To make a really long post short, Verizon email has been down for a week now and doesn't even seem if the Verizon techincal support people know this. I was on the phone with Verizon tech support for nearly 10 hours (Mon - Wed) and all they did was try to get my username and password to work. I had to find out from a good friend, who goggled and find out about the email problem and let me know. But, then I talked with someone in the Verizon accounting dept. who did "know" about the problem and I was given a month free service.

As of tomorrow (Sunday) I will have cancelled my Verizon account and hopefully between 10 and 12 will see a Time Warner truck to install Roadrunner on my computer.

As of this writing, Verizon email has not been fixed.

For for fun and pleasure, I have been working on my jewelry photo albums, as my next door neighbor wants to take one to her friend, who cannot climb our stairs to get to my apt. to see my jewelry.

And, I have talked several times to my daughter who just lives on the other side of town, which is also a pleasure.
